Who will install rented equipment?

Our technical team will install and dismantle all the equipment we provide for your event. We usually have this cost included in our prices.

Installation of Simultaneous Interpretation Equipment is recommended to be completed a day before the event. We have experience to work with all hotels and conference venues. We understand that some hotel conference venues may require installation to be carried out late in the evening and we are prepared for that.

Laptops and LCD projectors which require almost minimal installation can be installed by client technician. However, if it is convenient for client we will do installation.

Mobile Internet Connection is already installed in our laptops and we will provide you with login information.
