Hotels and other event venues – Konsis is cooperating with Hotel venues as a technical support contractor. In Konsis we have our own park of audio visual equipment and a dedicated team of technicians to help your events run smoothly in the Hotel venues we work.
Travel Agencies
Konsis is partnering with local incoming travel agencies, who support MICE groups from other countries. As we know MICE groups coming to Azerbaijan for incentive meetings have two types of needs.
A) Accommodation, transfers, tours and restaurants support. For these services foreign agencies contact local travel agencies.
B) Event Management. For the event portion of a MICE group visit to Azerbaijan, local travel agencies contact Konsis and we happily provide event support services for such MICE groups.
Creative Agencies
Most creative agencies in Baku or abroad work with clients to create concepts for their events, but later contact Konsis for implementation of these ideas. Konsis has its own production capacity which helps with speed and budget.
