Organization of the event

Konsis provided full event management support for the International Conference provided in Baku. From concept creation to audio visual support, from organization support to personnel assignments Konsis helped succesfully organize the event at Fairmont Hotel Nizami Ballroom. Konsis has provided led screen rental, stage and backdrop design and production, promo materials production, MC and other personnel support, interactive entertainment, sound and video production, digital lectern, participant registration including design and production of badges, registration desks, photo areas, including personnel to run these areas.
