Depending on the various parameters of the LED screens, the distance at which they can be viewed is determined. Typically, a viewing distance of 1 meter is required as a minimum for every 1mm screen pixel size. For example: The minimum viewing distance for P2.6mm screens is 2.6 meters. For P4.8mm screens, this distance is 4.8 meters.
Simultaneous interpretation is used in conferences and forums when participants speak different languages. A simultaneous interpretation system is a device that transmits the interpreter's voice to guests via wireless technology. Headphones are distributed to the participants to listen to the translation. Numbered earphones are presented to participants with a document distribution system at a special distribution table set up in the registration area of the event. In small events of 15-20 people, documents may not be required, but in large events, participants usually enter the hall by presenting documents and taking headphones.
Simultaneous translation is a tedious task, both in the mental and physical sense. Translators must practice intensive listening skills, interpret words and whole phrases, and then quickly convey them to listeners in a clear and understandable way. This is a fast job that requires a lot of attention and energy, and any translator, even the best ones, is not able to maintain a translation with high quality for a long time. This is one of the main reasons why simultaneous translation is almost always done by two people. Having another person to do the translation frequently - usually every half hour - allows translators to get some rest from the intensity of simultaneous translation.
If a simultaneous translator works in pairs, then normal working hours, that is, 8 hours.
It is unreasonable to expect only one person to cope with the load of simultaneous translation in a three-hour conference and may result in translation errors. Therefore, it is more advisable to involve two people.
To ensure the high quality of translation in any field, it is necessary to provide the translator with materials (speech text, presentation, list of participants, diary, etc.) before the event, so that the translator is acquainted with both the topic and terminology and does his/her own research.
Since the Medical field is very specific and any topic spoken at the event affects human life one by one, it is more advisable for doctors-synchronists to make such translations. If it is not possible to find a doctor-synchronist, it is necessary to give all the materials about the event to the translator so that he/she is fully aware of the terminology.
Simultaneous Translation has two main advantages: 1. Simultaneous Translation does not distract the speaker, because the translator translates inside a booth, away from the stage. 2. The most important thing is that the translation takes place in real-time regime, allowing the event to proceed as if all participants spoke the same language.

At conferences, the stage is set up and the LED screen is placed on the stage in the background or independently. We can calculate that the depth of the stage is on average 3 meters, the steps of the stage are 1 meter, and after the stairs, an average distance of 2 meters is left to the first row where the participants sit. The total distance between the LED screen and the participants in the first row is close to 6 meters. This distance is a sufficient distance considering the technical parameters of the LED screens currently installed at the events. It will be enough to tell the event organizer or the technical company of your event to leave a distance of 6 meters between the led screen and the participants, so that a pleasant viewing distance is created for your participants.
The translator must do the translation in the booth, so as not to isolate himself/herself from extraneous sounds, not to disturb the silence in the hall and not to interfere with the speaker.
According to the ISO standard, the width of a mobile bud for two people should start at a minimum of 1.6 m. For small rooms, a smaller (for one person) booth can be used.

There are three different types of Translation. Depending on the type of meeting, translators use one of the following translation methods: simultaneous and consecutive.
Simultaneous translation is a translation method in which the speaker delivers the speech and the translator delivers the speech to the audience at the same time. During the conference, simultaneous translation is used for large presentations. During simultaneous translation, two people work in a soundproof translator booth. Participants listen to the translation using headphones and receivers.
Consecutive translation is when the translator listens to the speaker at the end of the idea or sentence and provides the translation. Consecutive translators usually stand or sit next to the person they are translating. This style works best with small group gatherings such as business meetings, site visits, tours, or one-on-one meetings. It is usually used when political leaders meet to discuss important issues face-to-face.
Simultaneous translation does not take extra time because it takes place at the same time as the speaker, while sequential translation causes the event to be prolonged because it takes the same amount of time as the speaker. Therefore, Consecutive Translation is used very little at international conferences.
