State Program for 2023-2027
The Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the approval of the “State Program for the socio-economic development of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic for 2023-2027” has been announced this summer. The purpose of the State Program is to accelerate the socio-economic development of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and ensure its full integration into the country’s economy by ensuring sustainable economic growth and improving the living standards of citizens.

Guided by the decision given by the President, Konsis employees visited Nakhchivan in connection with the holding of conferences and events, refined the conference and event infrastructure of the city and again paid specific attention to the planning of preparatory work in 2023 in order to contribute to the development of the event industry in Nakhchivan as part of tourism priority direction and the holding of local and international events within this priority direction. The company employees visited local conference and event venues during their Nakhchivan visit and held meetings on ancillary service areas due to this direction.

Although it is more economical to transport the equipment by land required during the organization of large conferences in Nakhchivan from Baku to Nakhchivan, it takes much longer time than air transportation. New opportunities should be explored for a more optimal solution of this issue. The visit to and return of the technical and administrative personnel participating in the events from Nakhchivan also generate additional costs. We hope that the needs of temporary personnel and administrative personnel for the conferences and events held there will already be met by the local labor force after the sufficient formation of human capital in the area within the framework of the State Program for the period 2023-2027 for the Nakhchivan economic zone.
