Organization of Small Hybrid Events
In Konsis we divide Hybrid events into two categories. Small and Large Hybrid events. This division is formed based on meeting room sizes in conference venues and in-person meeting participants capacity taking into consideration Covid-19 requirements. Small Meeting rooms usually can accommodate around 20 in-person attendees.
Our small hybrid event equipment includes:
- Web camera
- Mac Mini
- Sound system
- Monitor and stand.
Additional led screen can be installed if client wishes to see remote participants in large screen format. Additional video cameras are also possible if the client wishes to capture the conference room from different view angles.
Small Hybrid event in-person participants can engage with remote participants from the comfort of their seats in the venue. Both in-person and remote participants can see, hear each other, share files, chat, separate into break out rooms, and listen to simultaneous interpretation.
